These sessions are ideal for children and babies who can sit unsupported and hold on to a swing, or older, but young babies are welcome too!! If you have a young baby who may not be able to sit unsupported, we prefer parents to participate in the shoot! This is an actual swing, but it is only about a foot or so off the grass. Please keep in mind some children may get scared or not want to sit alone. We will do other poses if this is the case!

Sessions will last approximately 15 minutes. Please arrive on time for your session as there will be sessions before and after your scheduled time. If you would like to arrive a little early to get children ready and settled, please arrive no more than 10 to 15 minutes early. Shoots will start at the times booked. Late arrivals, session times will not carry over your allotted time slot.

Vision Board Images are for reference of the vibe/style the swing will be (but not as yellowish and with more whites!) It will likely be the standard rope swing and not the hoop swing style from the last couple years but that is TBD. It will be similar to the OG swing design that started this tradition! *Sample image is not EXACT swing and location.

Sessions will be tentatively held at Garden's Park in Summerlin South (Near 215 and Town Center. THIS LOCATION COULD CHANGE IF THERE IS AN EVENT.

PLEASE READ-
We recommend soft pastels or soft neutral colors! Vintage clothing and lace will work very will for this session! We will have some dresses and accessories available to use. If you would like to use our dresses, please arrive a little early. Please keep in mind that a dress you may be interested in could be in use at the session prior and may not be able to be changed in to in advance, limiting time on the swing.

Notes from Photographer-
I have found that 4 and up typically do great on these! 2-3 year olds have also done great, but we have had some that have not wanted to get on the swing or couldn't balance or were scared. I have also done younger babies with parents or older siblings. PLEASE know if you have a younger little one they may not want to get on the swing. It is very low to the ground but it is an actual swing the need to balance on. If they do not sit alone, we can do them standing in front or behind it.
The may be slight variations in the scenery and the time of day will also have some varying in the scenery. I do my best to create the most beautiful images whatever the circumstances, but please keep in mind lots of things can vary. A cloudy day may also look different.

If it is TOO WINDY we will have to reshoot. Breezes and some wind is fine, I actually like a little wind, but I will update anyone if we have to change for weather.

Please look at dates and time and make sure to select the correct one. We will not be able to accommodate schedule changes. NO CREDITS may be used for these mini sessions time slots

***TIPS TO MAXIMIZE SESSION
-Try not to schedule during nap time
-Arrive dressed and ready to shoot.
-We will have some dresses and hair accessories available. If you plan to use some of ours, please arrive early and in something easy to change in and out of. The bathrooms and parking lot are not too far, but please keep in mind, there will be clients before and after, and the dresses may be in use. This may limit session time if you chose to change into a dress in use prior to you session.
-Mini sessions are fast paced, shorter sessions. We will work hard to get as much as we can during the 15 minute time slots, but please be advised some children may not do well in this type of environment. For kiddos who may need a little extra time, we suggest booking 2 time slots back to back!
-We recommend 2 back to back time slots if you have more than 3 children under 4 and would like individual images and group images.

**There will be no reshoots for these sessions, if you are unable to make your time slot, or children are not cooperating, or other reasons beyond our control, you can use amount paid as a credit towards a future FULL session.
Mini Session spots are NONREFUNDABLE but may be sold or credit transferred to another type of FULL session. NO CREDITS MAY BE USED FOR THESE****. If you have a credit please message or email we have a different day for credits. ***THERE WILL BE A 25$ FEE TO SWITCH TIMES OR RESCHEDULE. YOU MANY ONLY MOVE TO ANOTHER MINI SESSION SPOT IF WE HAVE AVAILABLE. If not, you must transfer to a FULL session. You can sell your spot to another person if you cannot make it, to avoid any fees, or can keep the full credit to apply towards a FULL session.

***All images will receive our basic artistic enhancements. Additional editing requests for things beyond photographers control (bruises, blemishes, body sculpting, face swaps, hair fixes, etc) are available for an additional charge. Please inquire if you have any questions regarding this. If your child can not/ will not sit alone on the swing, and you want a hand edited, out, it will be an additional charge and sent to an outsourced retoucher.

All other galleries will be delivered approximately 14- 21 days AFTER session date.
